FAQ:

Do I need to be signed up for Mountain Tiger to join the program?

No, you don't need to be registered but we hope you feel inspired to sign up and join our race, or any trail race in the future! if you are registered, this is a great way to meet fellow racers and prepare for what is a beautiful and mighty race in the mountains.

Will all the runs be in Marin?

No, the Sunday runs will rotate around the Bay Area! And each week you'll receive a suggested workout to complete on your own.

Why did you create Team Saber Tooth?

At the inaugural Mountain Tiger Donner Summit in 2025, we had 60/40 split of men/women & non-binary finishers. We are committed to making this more equal and achieving a 50/50 split to help increase the number of women & non-binary athletes competing at our race and trail running in general.
